It's a lifeline.As I built my career across all lines of insurance, mainly with the biggest insurer in America who we will not name by name, I kept seeing the same failure repeated.Clients were being sold policies by salespeople chasing quotas, then left completely alone when it mattered most. After a storm. After a loss. After the moment the policy was supposed to show up. That's why I built Overdelivery Risk Advisors — and why the standard here is non-negotiable: "People who do the right thing don't have quotas.
